Shipping Information:

In most cases we ship twice a week. We ship Priority Mail, Media Rate, Parcel Post via USPS. Tracking is required.

Cancellations: We do not anticipate a cancellation and will discuss this should there be a legitimate reason for the cancellation. A handling fee of $15.00 will be imposed for re-shelving.

Refunds: If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 5 days of your purchase so that we may discuss it.

Returns: We do not expect merchandise returns as most of our transactions are positive experiences. However, if you have a legitimate reason to return your product, contact us first so that we may review your case. All return shipping is paid for by you the customer and no fees are returned for shipping.

Ordering: All items must be trackable via USPS. Internationals must make payment via Pay Pal only. You must be verified and ship to a verified address. We do not accept Checks.

Insurance: We strongly suggest you purchase insurance on items that you value and may require insurance on items at anytime. You (the buyer) will be billed for the insurance fee.

Pay Pal Payments: Must be shipped to the account holder only.
